Factor Diseño is led by Interior Designer and Decorator, Adriana M. CañellasMorini (Coddi 1710), who completed her degree in Interior Design at Parsons the New School of Design, NYC and is currently part of the governing board of the Colegio de Diseñadores y Decoradores de Puerto Rico.

In addition to her design expertise, Adriana is a Real Estate Broker Lic.11896 since 2001 and can provided an added value to your experience via property analysis, appraisals, staging and property concierge services. 

The design studio has experienced personnel that  execute engineering and architectural projects, mostly acting as a general contractors, as well as project managers, certified professional stagers, designers and decorators.
