Factor Diseño is led by Interior Designer and Decorator, Adriana M. Cañellas Morini (Coddi 1710), who completed her degree in Interior Design at Parsons the New School of Design, NYC and has been part of the governing board of the Colegio de Diseñadores y Decoradores de Puerto Rico.

In addition to her design expertise, Adriana is the owner and editor of Modo de Vida Magazine, the leading design magazine of the PR and a Real Estate Broker since 2001 who can provided an added value to your experience via property analysis, appraisals, staging and property concierge services. 

The design studio has experienced personnel such as licensed Interior Designer and digital specialist Yoli Gutierrez, Project Manager Belen Fornaris and designer/artist Marta Urgoiti that execute decorative projects with your main interests and budget in mind.
